Delivery Policy

We’re pleased to offer free delivery on all orders over R400 to addresses within South Africa. A delivery fee will be calculated and added at checkout for orders below this amount.

Dispatch and Payment

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated.

• Credit Card Payments: Processed immediately; your order will be dispatched the next business day.
• EFT or Bank Deposit: Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearance

Delivery Details

An external courier company handles our deliveries. Delivery times range from 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location—city, town, or outlying/rural area. Remote areas may experience delivery times of up to 7 working days.

Important Delivery Information:

• A complete and valid South African address is required for all orders.
• Orders can only be delivered to one delivery address per order, as indicated in the delivery field at checkout.
• Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.
• No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
• We do not deliver to:
  • PO Boxes
  • Courier depots or post offices
  • International addresses
• Same-day and next-day delivery are not available; all orders are sent via standard delivery.

Please ensure that someone you trust is available at the delivery address to receive the order. A signature from any person present will serve as proof of delivery. We are not obligated to prove that you received the package.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed, packed, and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from the courier company, which can be used to track your delivery.

Please note:

• Order processing is subject to product availability and receipt of payment.
• A delivery delay is not considered valid grounds for a return or refund.

By placing an order, you accept that proof of delivery requires only a signature from someone at your specified address, not necessarily from you personally.
