Chocolate smothered mango strips must be one of the healthiest sweet snacks and they taste amazing! Dark chocolate is super tasty and healthier too. These decadent mango strips will complement the savoury snacks on your gourmet rugby platter beautifully.

INGREDIENTS for the chocolate smothered mango strips

150g MONTAGU mango strips
200g 70% dark chocolate, chopped
15ml (1 tbsp) finely chopped MONTAGU pistachios

METHOD

1. Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray. Carefully melt the dark chocolate in the microwave
or over a bowl of boiled water.

2. Dip each piece of mango in the melted chocolate, leaving one section uncovered. Place the dipped
mango pieces on the baking paper.

3. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the chocolate and allow
to set before serving.

Tip:if it’s a hot day pop the dipped mango pieces in the fridge so that they set quickly.
