Mixed Berry Swirls Parma Ham & Watermelon parcels

Watermelon, Berries, Parma ham… do we need to say more? This fantastic summer recipe is perfect for any occasion and a guaranteed hit. It is a refreshing dish for those hot summer get-togethers and really easy to make. Serve with Montagu Mixed Berry Swirls and pink sparkling wine for a tantalising summer extravaganza.

Serves: 4

Prep time: 15 minutes

Easy to make

Ingredients

1. 8 slices parma ham, you can use any other charcuterie of your choice as well 

2. ¼ watermelon, cut into thick fingers

3. 50ml Balsamic reduction

4. Seasonal berries such as strawberries, blueberries and blackberries

5. 2 packets Montagu mixed berry swirls 

6. 8 short wooden skewers

7. 1 bottle of your favourite pink sparkling wine

Method

1. Wrap each watermelon finger with the parma ham, place on a platter and drizzle with the balsamic reduction.

2. Garnish with the berries and enjoy.

3. Separate the rolls of mixed berry swirls and stick them on the skewers.

4. Place them in 4 champagne glasses together with some of the berries.

5. Fill each glass with the sparkling wine and enjoy.
