Makes: 350ml


• 2 peaches (250g), peeled and cut into chunks
• 200ml milk of your choice
• 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
• 1 tbsp roughly chopped walnuts
• 2 tsp honey


1.) Place all of the ingredients into a high powered blender. Blend until combined and smooth.
2.) Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
